Project Description: The City of Norwalk is re-soliciting proposals from qualified Commissioning Agents (CxA) firms for the purpose of helping construct and renovate a Community Recreation Center in South Norwalk located at 98 S. Main St. Norwalk, CT. Currently there is a structure on S. Main St. that was built in 1984, and a new gymnasium is to be built on the back of the building into Ryan Park. The requirements of this project areoutlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
