ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids will be received until December 4, 2025 at Village Hall, Attention: Edward Brancati, 104

Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY 10549 until 11:00 AM local time and then at said office publicly opened

and read aloud for:

VILLAGE/TOWN OF MOUNT KISCO

WATER TREATMENT PLANT CHEMICAL ROOM UPGRADES

AND MEMORIAL POOL UPGRADES

CONTRACT #2025-07-A – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

CONTRACT #2025-07-B – ELECTRICAL

CONTRACT #2025-07-C – MEMORIAL POOL

CONTRACT #2025-07-D – HVAC

Work shall include, but is not limited to:

Contract #2025-07-A – General Construction:

This work consists of the removal of all chemical tanks, pumps, dosing system packages, and associated

controls, piping, fittings, valves, and all appurtenances in the chemical room. Upgrades consist of new

chemical storage tanks, day tanks, chemical feed skids, transfer pumps, associated connections, controls,

piping, fittings, valves, and all appurtenances.

Contract #2025-07-B – Electrical:

This work consists of all electrical work for the installation of the chemical feed skids and transfer pumps

as part of the chemical room upgrade at the Water Treatment Plant and the electrical work for the

Memorial Pool Upgrades.

Contract #2025-07-C – Memorial Pool Upgrades:

This work consists of the demolition of the hypochlorite room and CO2 room, and adjacent walls at the

Mount Kisco Recreation Facilities. Upgrades consist of one 1200-gallon hypochlorite tank, a chemical

feed skid, a new emergency shower and eyewash station, a new CO2 outdoor storage area, a new cover

for the pipe grate, and the associated piping, fittings, valves, connections, restrained couplings, and all

appurtenances.

Contract #2025-07-D – HVAC:

This work consists of all HVAC work at the Water Treatment Plant and the HVAC work for the

Memorial Pool Upgrades.

Bidders are invited to view the opening via Zoom Meeting teleconference, Meeting ID: 886 3369 1521 or

No bids will be received or considered after the time stated above.

A Pre-Bid conference will be held on November 20, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at 506 Byram Lake Road,

Mount Kisco, NY 10549. Bidding contractors are strongly encouraged to have an authorized

representative of their firm present at this meeting.

Employment, Additional Instructions, Bid Documents, Agreement, General Conditions, General

Requirements, Specifications, Contract Drawings and any Addenda, may be viewed on line at the

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly

marked “Contract 2025-07 – BID FOR MT KISCO WATER TREATMENT PLANT CHEMICAL

ROOM UPGRADES AND MEMORIAL POOL UPGRADES.” Each bid must be accompanied by

security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to

the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-

five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof.

The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any informalities at

his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village/Town

of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
