PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting will be held on site. Bidders are to meet at 235 S Topeka, Wichita, KS 67202 beginning at 11:00AM on Thursday, July 24, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory; however, this will be the only time to meet directly with County staff and the architect to answer questions concerning this project. General contractors are encouraged to have their subcontractors attend this meeting to view the site conditions.
