The City of Sandersville is seeking bids from qualified suppliers for the purchase and delivery of

Police Emergency Equipment for (1) Law Enforcement Surveillance Trailer. The emergency

equipment should match and/or meet the equivalence of the description set forth in the bid

specifications below.

The City of Sandersville reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

BID REQUIREMENTS

1. The bid must be submitted prior to bid deadline of March 3rd, 2026 at 3:00pm – at which

time a bid opening will take place at Sandersville City Hall, 141. W. Haynes Street,

Sandersville, GA 31082.

2. Three (3) copies of the bid shall be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked
