Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to complete the renovation on 25th Floor, 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007. Estimated term of the contract is three years. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding Method, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. Site visit is the only date and time available for this CSB as following: Sit Visit: Date: May 20, 2026 Start Time: 9:00am Address: 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007 DCAS project managers will meet interested bidders at 9:00am at South Building, in the lobby. Please send your attendance confirmation to fmai@dcas.nyc.gov.
