Notes	The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Services for Membrane Replacement and Optimization at the SJRA Ground Water Reduction Plan (GRP) Surface Water Treatment Plant (SWTP). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) RFQ 25-0052, solicits information that will enable SJRA to select one or more Consultant(s) that shall provide professional services for the interpretation of membrane autopsies, demonstration testing, refinement of cleaning recipes, vendor negotiation, and coordination with regulatory agencies and any sub-consultants to establish a smooth transition to the new membrane modules and improved system performance.
