Description:

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (“MARTA” or the “Authority”) is soliciting bids from firms to procure a Cisco Flex Enterprise Maintenance Agreement Contract. The maintenance contract being procured will provide license renewal, software updates, and 24 x 7 x 365 technical support services designed to maintain acceptable service levels and reliability of MARTA’s voice infrastructure system.
