Engineering and Architectural Services for 2026

The Licking County Commissioners are seeking qualifications for a variety of Engineering and Architectural Services over the next twelve (12) months in connection with, but not limited to, projects involving any or all of the following: (1) building construction, demolition, masonry and similar projects; (2) infrastructure
including, but not limited to, roads, bridges, water or wastewater utilities; and/or, (3) assessment and remediation of environmental issues.

Any firm interested in being considered to provide required services should reply with a statement of qualifications no later than Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 1:00pm.

Request for Qualifications

The Licking County Commissioners are seeking qualifications for a variety of Engineering and Architectural

Services over the next twelve (12) months in connection with, but not limited to, projects involving any or

all of the following: (1) building construction, demolition, masonry and similar projects; (2) infrastructure

including, but not limited to, roads, bridges, water or wastewater utilities; and/or, (3) assessment and

remediation of environmental issues.

Any firm interested in being considered to provide required services should reply with a statement of

qualifications no later than Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 1:00pm.

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 153.65(D), Statement of Qualifications should include information on the

firm’s history, education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; technical expertise of firm’s

current staff; firm’s experience in performing Engineering Studies, Design Build Services, Energy Service

Performance Contract (ESPC), Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) Services, Construction

Administration, and Construction Observation, including any ODOT pre-qualifications, availability of staff;

firm’s equipment and facilities within proximity of Licking County; References and any previous work

performed for Licking County. Statement of Qualifications will be on file for a twelve (12) month period from

February 25, 2026 – February 25, 2027. Submissions must include one (1) original Statement of Qualifications

and one (1) thumb drive. Envelopes should be clearly marked “RFQ – Professional Services” and submitted

to: Christel Hamper, Clerk of the Board, Licking County Commissioners, 20 S. Second Street, Newark, OH.
