APPENDIX TO SOLICITATION***I.PURPOSE FOR SOLICITATIONThe Request for Qualifications (RFQ) objective is to qualify multiple agencies to provide Maintenance andRepair services throughout the District. See Clause entitled “Terms of Contract - -Effective Date/InitialContract Period”Maximum Contract Period- Estimated : [April 1, 2026- March 31, 2031], Any resulting contract will beginon the date specified in the notice of award.INITIAL CONTRACT PERIOD: The effective date of this contract is the first day of the maximum contractperiod as specified on the final statement award. The “initial term” of this agreement is one (1) year, effectivedate with four (4) additional one-year options to extend. Regardless, this contract expires no later than thelast date stated on the final award statement.OPTION TO RENEW: At the end of the initial term, and the end of each renewal term, this contract shallautomatically renew for a period of one year unless the contractor receives notice that the District elects notto renew the contract at least thirty (30) days before the date of renewal.
