TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:

The following questions were submitted by potential bidders. Our answers are listed below in

red.

1. I am looking at the bid #SB-1000960 and the requirement for BRN. I attempted to fill out the

online form but there are questions that I cannot answer. We already work with Shelby County

schools. Do we need this? If you have questions regarding the online vendor form, contact the

Shelby County EOC Office. Shelby County Government and Shelby County Schools are different

entities, you will need to be registered with Shelby County Government.

2. When will you know the delivery locations? This is pertinent information in considering the bid.

Delivery locations will be provided when POs are issued. Various departments throughout

Shelby County order from this contract.

3. Orders are placed through our online portal. We do not process POs unless you have your own

warehouse & we are delivering to one location. Is this acceptable? Our departments order via

POs and deliveries will need to be made to various locations.
