Description: Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Construction Management at Risk Services Richer Elementary School Building Project (MSBA # 202201700025) The City of Marlborough, acting through the Richer School Building Committee, invites Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for Construction Management at Risk Services for the Richer Elementary School Building Project pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149A. The project consists of a new ~161,800 square-foot school at the site of the existing Raymond C. Richer Elementary School, plus all associated sitework, to include the demolition of the existing Richer School. Project will be a multi-phased effort with the existing Richer Elementary School remaining in operation throughout construction of the new building. Response to this Request for Qualifications is the first step in a two-phase procurement process.
