Project Description: RFB 25-26-39 Annual Contract for Disposal of Class B Biosolids Deadline: 04/16/2026 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified disposal facilities to provide disposal services of Class B biosolids generated by the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility. The disposal facility shall ensure management of biosolids in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements and must maintain a valid Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) issued by the State Water Resources Control Board. The initial contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.
