RFB 25-26-39 Annual Contract for Disposal of Class B Biosolids Deadline: 04/16/2026 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified disposal facilities to provide disposal services of Class B biosolids generated by the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility. The disposal facility shall ensure management of biosolids in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements and must maintain a valid Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) issued by the State Water Resources Control Board. The initial contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Acequia, Visalia, California 93291, until2:00 p.m. PT, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, for an annual contract for the disposal of Class B biosolids generated bythe Visalia Water Reclamation Facility (WRF).The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified and permitted facilities for the acceptance and disposal of Class Bbiosolids. The WRF produces approximately 7,000 to 10,000 tons of Class B biosolids annually. The disposal facilityshall ensure management of biosolids in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements andmust maintain a valid Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) issued by the State Water Resources Control Board.The initial contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City’s option and upon mutually agreeableterms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.
