Project Description: The Board of Ada County Commissioners (“Board” or “County”) is seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified Design-Build contractors (“Contractor” or “Proposer”) to replace the existing ADA platform lift located at the Ada County Sheriff’s Office Community Transition Center (“Center”), 7255 Barrister Drive, Boise, ID 83704. The purpose of this RFP 25022 is to solicit Proposals from Contractors who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to design the Project, in accordance with Idaho Public Works projects requirements, and construct the required elements of the Project, such that at final completion, the Project is fully functional. The successful Proposer shall be responsible for providing Engineer-approved drawings for the Project, the implementation and commissioning of the Project, including development of applicable user acceptance testing, system integration and connectivity to existing resources. The County anticipates a Substantial Completion date by September 23, 2025, with Final Completion by September 30, 2025.
