Description: City of Methuen, MA (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Arlington Neighborhood Streetscape Improvements Phase 1A to include Base Bid for roadway reconstruction sidewalks, driveway, curbs ADA ramps, street markings; Alternate A (to be awarded at Owner’s option) – Substitute Concrete Sidewalk for Hot Mix Asphalt Sidewalk.  Substantial Completion:  by November 20, 2026   Final Completion:  April 30, 2027. Bidding is per MGL Chapter 30 s39M. Prevailing wage rates per MGL c149 s26 to 27D inclusive issued by Dept. of Labor Standards.
