The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify and retain a qualified Contractor(s) to provide professional law enforcement civil service exam administration services (“services”) which shall be provided on an as-needed, nonexclusive basis. The successful proposer will be required to conduct a job analysis; develop, administer, score, and report the results of a legally compliant, computerbased entrance examination; provide a comprehensive computer-based study guide and an online practice examination; and offer testing locations that include an onsite testing option for the position of Police Officer for the City of Albany.
