Description:	The Lake County Stormwater Management Commission (SMC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants and/or firms interested in providing project-specific engineering design and construction management services and related technical services as described in the scope of work. The Lake County Stormwater Management Commission (SMC) will receive funding through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) to develop and implement regional stormwater management projects throughout Lake County, Illinois.
