The City of Bella Vista is seeking proposals for 2026 municipal mowing services.

The contract will be awarded for 30 weeks for mowing at city facilities, including City

Administration offices and Fire Station 1 at Town Center, three satellite fire stations, Fire

Training Center, Public Safety Facility, Street Department and satellite street facility. The

contract will also include trimming of shrubs and weed control in/around beds at all

locations, as well as removal and replacement of existing mulch at only Fire Station 1 and the

Street Department. Contractor will be paid monthly.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Mowing Bids” by 9 a.m. Monday,

March 16, 2026, to Deputy Fire Chief Robert Hamilton, 101 Town Center PO Box 5655, Bella

Vista, AR 72714. Bids will be opened at that time. Direct questions to Hamilton at
