Notes	The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Comprehensive Disaster Recovery Consulting Services to the City on a standby basis. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the eBid System on or before the due date/time stated above. Any proposal received after the due date and time specified, will not be considered. The City requires disaster recovery management services to support emergency planning, training, and public assistance consulting services as outlined below. As such, the Consultant should be capable of providing a range of related services as needed and ordered by the City. Other services may include but are not limited to, facilitating communication with FEMA, FHWA, the State of Florida, and other state and federal agencies, coordination with state insurance representatives, pre-event planning and post-event reconstruction, grant funding, and reimbursement services. Proposers must be registered on the City’s eBid System in order to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation.
