Two mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Mississippi Branch of the Anoka County Library. Address: 401 Mississippi St.; Fridley, MN 55432. Second meeting at 1:00 PM at the Crooked Lake Branch of the Anoka County Library. Address: 11440 Crooked Lake Blvd NW; Coon Rapids, MN 55433.

Must attend both pre-bid meetings to submit bids for both locations.

Bids will be accepted via email to Carrie.Johnson@anokacountymn.gov no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
