Bid Title:	2025 US 17/Burns Street Sewer Replacement Project

Description: Pursuant to N.C.G.S 143-129, sealed single-prime Bids will be received by the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA), at the ONWASA offices in Jacksonville, North Carolina, until 2:00 PM EDT, August 26, 2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read, for constructing the following facilities: US 17/Burns Street Sewer Replacement • Work includes construction of approximately 125 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, 16-inch steel encasement by dry bore and jack, 2 sewer manholes, and abandonment in place of approximately 100 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer. NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bid opportunities at ONWASA. For more details, see the Request for Bids under "Related Documents" below.
