Description: CITY OF LAWRENCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Lead-Based Paint Hazard Education and Outreach The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority), is seeking the professional services of an Agency to provide Lead Based Paint Hazard Education and Outreach. Services to be performed include, but are not limited to, attending community events to promote the Lawrence Lead Program and provide education and outreach and hazard training to homeowner families.
