Washington County Recorder of Deeds Historical Indexing Bid No: 051325-Indexing RFP Read details. 051325-Indexing RFP Document REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SEALED Proposals for Recorder of Deeds indexing shall be received at the Office of the County Controller either mailed or delivered to 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301, until 11:00 A.M. Prevailing Time on Tuesday May 13th, 2025, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and names only will be read aloud therein. Late proposals will not be accepted. All proposals must be submitted as ONE ORIGINAL & TWO UNBOUND COPIES according to the specifications. The above-mentioned RFP document may be obtained on or before Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from the Washington County website at Washington County PA: Official Website (washingtoncopa.gov). Vendors receiving documents are responsible for checking for all contract changes and addenda at the website. The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals. All interested parties should indicate their interest to the Purchasing office contacts below and make formal inquiry to receive specifications and proposal documents. Interested parties may email any written request for clarifications or information to the Washington County Purchasing Office to Dalton Thompson at dalton.thompson@co.washington.pa.us or to Randy Vankirk at vankirkr@co.washington.pa.us. Any requests for clarifications are due to be received no later than May 3rd, 2025. Inquiries will not be accepted orally or via phone. Requests for Information (RFI’s) will be distributed and responded to in the timeliest manner available and in question-and-answer form. Responses will be posted to the County website as listed herein in the form of an addendum.
