THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE COMPLETE RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 213 N BOWMAN AVENUE IN DANVILLE. WORK INCLUDES EXTERIOR DOOR & WINDOW REPLACEMENT, CONCRETE FLATWORK, ROOFING, SIDING, MASONRY, FRAMING, BATHROOM UPGRADE, DRYWALL WORK, PAINTING, GENERAL CARPENTRY, TRIM, CABINETRY, FLOORING, ADA IMPROVEMENTS, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND HVAC. All contractors and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal labor standards, including, but not limited to, certified payroll requirements.
