Summary

The City of Richmond (the City) is soliciting proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation from qualified firms for software integration and configuration services for the Cityworks AMS platform. The Department of Public Utilities (DPU) provides utility services, while the Department of Public Works (DPW) manages transportation and cleanliness. The City requires assistance with integrating the Cityworks software platform with DPU systems, in addition to configuration and support services for DPU/DPW.

Background

Since 2007, Azteca Cityworks AMS has provided the DPU/DPW with a software platform. The City requires Cityworks configuration, integration, and support services (the Work).
