Notes	Electronically submitted bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at wdm.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. on March 4, 2026 for the following described public improvement: SCENIC VALLEY TRAIL CONNECTION At the above time all bids received by the City will be electronically unsealed and made public at wdm.ionwave.net. The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: The project involves grading and paving a 10-ft wide PCC trail to connect an existing trial in Scenic Valley Park to the sidewalk along Scenic Valley Drive, as well as all related erosion control and restoration of the turf and pavement connections. Work also includes ADA ramp construction. All work to include materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete project no later than September 30, 2026. All bids shall be made on the form furnished by the City through wdm.ionwave.net and shall be filed on or before the time specified above. Each proposal shall be electronically accompanied with a scanned copy of the Request For Bid packet with completed signature and references page. Failure to submit a fully completed proposal may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and rejected. Bidding forms including Request For Bid packet may be obtained from the online bid posting at wdm.ionwave.net.
