Solicitation Document Description:	This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply and delivery of First Aid Supplies for the City of Toronto’s Purchasing and Materials Management (Stores) Division.
Applicable Trade Agreement:	Chapter 19 of Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) Chapter 5 of Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Chapter 9 Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Ontario and Quebec (OQTCA)
Contract Duration:	12
Recurrent Contract:	It is the City’s intention to enter into a Contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of one (1) year from the date of award with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) years periods.
