Pre Bid Conference: The mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2024. via Microsoft Teams. The mandatory job-site walk-through is at 1:00 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2024. See Division A. Bulletin Desc: The work to be done consists primarily of replacement of existing roof system and skylights, and existing HVAC units with the new units and system. The new HVAC units and systems are required to connect and function properly with existing controls, terminals, and/or software that is used onsite for operations and maintenance.
