Notice is hereby given that the City of Carmel Procurement Department will receive will receive sealed quotes, during regular business hours, up to, but not later than 9:00 am local time Wednesday, November 19, 2025 via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/carmelin for the following project: Brookshire Pergola RFQ .

This request is for pergola construction at Brookshire golf course grounds .

Background

Provide and deliver all materials and components required to furnish and install one (1) commercial grade pergola system, including associated beams, posts, louvers, gutters, operating systems, and accessories as detailed below. No posts shall be located inside of the pergola footprint. Louvers will have 175 degree rotation capability for optimal light and shade. Motors for louvers will be protected under the structure.
