Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS September 6, 2025 Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 1:30 P.M., on Tuesday,October 14, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened.
