    The Minnesota Department of Transportation - Statewide Radio Communications is requesting electrical power service for the Viola ARMER Site. A new tower is being built, existing electrical service needs to be moved. Install 331 feet of Okonite and 25 KVA padmount, to replace existing OH triplex and yard pole.
