Description: Proposals  must  be  submitted  via  the  electronic  submission  on  BidNet ( https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/cityofsteamboatsprings)&nbsp ; no  later  than  5:00  PM prevailing time on July21 , 2026 as specified on the solicitation notice.  Please note that supplier / contractors must register on BidNet ( https://www.bidnetdirect.com/) in order to submit their proposals electronically. Late proposals will not be accepted. If you need assistance, please contact BidNet’s Vendor Support Department at 800-835-4603, Option 2. Proposals shall contain a Cover Sheet, a Cost Proposal, signed by an authorized agent of the firm and, other detailed information listed below in the following paragraphs. The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for all labor, material, and equipment necessary to clean and inspect via closed-circuit television (CCTV) about 89,000 linear feet of mainline existing sewers within the City of Steamboat Springs utility service area.  The project will entail cleaning of all sections of sanitary sewer identified in the scope to include removal of debris and minor obstructions encountered within the mainline such as root balls, solids buildup, grease, and sediment and rocks to the greatest extent possible.   Sewer sections shall then be inspected by means of remote CCTV in conformance with current NASSCO-PACP standards.
