Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for Sandy Pines Park: Initial Phase for the City of Hickory, North Carolina will be received at or before 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, in the Hickory City Hall, 76 North Center Street, Hickory NC 28601. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 9:30 A.M. at the park site, 2301 21st Avenue NE, Hickory NC.

Scope of Work: This Project consists of the following: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, site clearing & grubbing, selective demolition, erosion control, earthwork (mass grading and fine grading), storm drainage, water and sanitary sewer services, site electrical, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, curb work, prefabricated restroom building, playground area preparation, cornhole, landscaping and ancillary work illustrated in the contract documents.
