Description: CITY OF CORTEZ – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) The City of Cortez invites qualified individuals, firms, collaborative groups, and teams to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the development of housing on the eastern 7.01 acres of a 14.02 acre City-owned parcel located on the north side of West 7th Street between South Oak Street and South Chestnut Street in Cortez, Colorado.
