REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”)

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Authority, is seeking proposals from qualified experienced

firms (Respondents) to submit proposals (Proposal) desiring to design, construct, finance,

market, operate and maintain Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facilities, aircraft hangars,

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Operator facilities, and/or other aeronautical

facilities at the Asheville Regional Airport (Airport or AVL).
