SKAGIT COUNTY Call for Bids: South Osterman Creek Culvert Repair, Project#EO214-5; FEMA Project #4650DR-WA-674680 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by SKAGIT COUNTY that sealed bids will be received and publicly opened in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 1800 Continental Place, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 on Monday, December 15, 2025, at the hour of 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, for the South Osterman Creek Culvert Repair project #EO214-5; FEMA Project #4650DR-WA-674680. Contractors who download plans and specifications are advised to e-mail brendao@co.skagit.wa.us to be added to plan holders list to receive any addenda that may be issued. A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the project site, 53700 Concrete Sauk Valley Rd, Concrete, WA 98237. All technical questions regarding this project are to be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2025 in writing to Joel Shroyer, Project Manager, or by e-mail to joels@co.skagit.wa.us with the subject line reading, “South Osterman Creek Culvert Repair, EO214-5”. All project specific questions and response to answers for this project will be available on-line as received.
