Please note this project requires apprenticeship utilization - see bid for details.

The City of Spokane will only accept bids from Prime/General Contractors for the complete scope of Work. Pre-Bid Meeting attendance is mandatory for Prime/General Contractors. Subcontractors are not required to attend.Â
