Scope of Services
The scope of services to be provided pursuant to this RFP includes disaster debris clearance and removal services for one or more Participating Members under a Master Services Agreement in the wake of a Federally declared major disaster. Participating Members will issue Task Releases, Task Orders, or Notices to Proceed (Authorization) to activate Contractor for a specific scope of work under the MSA. The Scope of Work described below provides the full scope of services that may be requested in an Authorization. Issuing Members may require more or fewer services than those listed below, as required by the Issuing Member’s specific needs.
The Services include clearance, collection, removal, and/or lawful disposal of disaster-generated vegetative debris and electrical infrastructure debris from an Issuing Member’s utility right-of-way (ROW) throughout its service territory. Issuing Members will indicate in the Authorization the extent to which debris removal is required, including location of the work, timeframe for completion, rates to be used, etc.
