Scope of Services SECO Energy is seeking to prequalify engineering contractors for an upcoming RPF for completion of a 20-Year Long-Range Planning Study. See attached engineering prequalification questionnaire that must be completed and submitted via VendorLink by the due date. Only vendors prequalified through this RFQ will be invited to submit responses to the upcoming 20-Year Long-Range Planning Study RFP.

Introduction: Sumter Electric Cooperative Inc., also known as SECO Energy, is a not-for-profit, member-owned electric utility with over 250,000 active accounts (90/10 residential/commercial split). SECO Energy is the third largest electric cooperative in Florida and the seventh largest in the entire United States. The service territory area is approximately 2000 square miles. SECO maintains a sophisticated electrical network with a maximum operating voltage of 25KV. This system includes 48 substations comprised of over 198 feeders. SECO Energy is a very customer-focused utility which has high expectations for all its various contracted services.
