Summary Details Purpose This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for BC Mental Health and Substance Use Services (BCMHSUS) for the Forensic Psychiatric Services Regional Clinic Surrey Project. The Surrey Valley Regional Clinic has expanded a number of forensic psychiatric programs to serves clients located in the Fraser health region. BCMHSUS has acquired an additional lease space (approx. 1,750 SF), the space will require renovations to support increased service and care coordination workspace for the new team. The project entails the renovation of existing space to provide new office space. Hazmat remediation and demolition of the previous tenant improvements will be required. The Health Organization anticipate the project achieve Ready for Takeover by March 17, 2025. 1.  Eligible Bidders Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT: Discipline: General Contractor  (As prime contractor) Qualification Range: Non-Acute Care Greater than $150K The pre-qualification lists for the Health Organizations may be viewed on the Fraser Health Authority website: Business opportunities - Fraser Health Authority Bidders Site Visit Non-mandatory Site Visit A site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows: Date: October 24, 2024 Time: 9:00am Location: Forensic Assertive Case Management Team Office Address: 13625 100 Avenue, Surrey Ave This site visit is not mandatory but attendance is highly recommended for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. Bidders who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the site visit and to have received any and all of the oral and written information given at such visit.
