Description: View Bid NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for the Transportation of pre-school children with handicapping conditions, for Wayne County Public Health. Such proposals may be submitted electronically using the BidNet platform at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/waynecountyny (vendor registration required) OR by mail in a sealed envelope clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:00 PM prevailing time on 5/8/2025, at which time said bids, will be publicly opened and read. Any contractor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
