OPPORTUNITY HOUSING ORDINANCE FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, MN

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Bloomington (HRA) is seeking proposals for a housing development analysis and financial feasibility analysis to inform an update to Bloomington's Opportunity Housing Ordinance, to align with city and regional goals for production and preservation of affordable housing.
