Project Description: The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) extends this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified respondents for roofing maintenance, repair, and replacement services over a large area of central Texas. Services may include installations and repairs due to water leakage, wind and rain damage on variety of buildings and roof types including but not limited to:
- Metal roofing system and siding
- Membrane and Single Ply Systems
- Asphalt Shingles
- Concrete Panel Roofing
Pre-Proposal Meeting is on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025 at 10:00 AM CT.
The pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory.
This will be a call-in meeting hosted through Microsoft Teams.
