  A mandatory pre-bid job walk will be held on July 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Two project sites will be reviewed during this walk. The first site is located along Arroyo Simi; attendees shall meet in the parking lot at 40 W. Easy Street, Simi Valley, CA 93065. The second site is located on East Easy Street; attendees shall meet in the parking lot at 2130 Ward Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93065. Please allow at least TWO (2) hours for the pre-bid job-walk. Questions and/or concerns will be addressed at this meeting. A copy of the existing sewer inspection CCTV videos will be provided to the attendees electronically one day after the pre-bid job walk.
