Description: Informal Cleaning Services Bid Carrboro Century Center Bid Date 5-7-2026 Bid Due Date 5-29-2026 at 4PM 1. Facility Overview The Carrboro Century Center is a 23,000+/- sq. ft., two story public building that includes the Police Department, Public Works offices, Economic development, Housing and Community Services, meeting rooms, kitchens, locker rooms, bathrooms, and Century Hall (4,236 sq. ft.). Approximately 7,000 sq. ft. requires night cleaning (7 days/week). Floor plans are provided in Attachment 1. 2. Bid Requirements2.1 Scope of Work Bidders must provide all cleaning services listed in Attachment 2. Optional services in Attachments 3 may be awarded separately. 2.2 Contract Term July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2029 (3 years). 2.3 Pricing & Payment Contractor will invoice the Town monthly. Payment follows the Town’s standard schedule.
