	Project Description		One-Two Sentences Submittals are due by 2:00pm, Friday, December 5, 2025. The proposed project is for the design and construction of roof replacement for Kennedy Hall located on the UNC Charlotte campus. The current roof is a PVC roof, approximately 16,200 square feet. Roof replacement will be determined in design to be accomplished within budget. The screen wall will also need to be replaced as part of this project.
