Description: Sealed bids for the City of Festus, Missouri (hereinafter "Owner") Second Street Parking Lot Improvements (hereinafter “Project”) will be received by Festus City Hall, 711 W. Main Street, Festus, Missouri 63028, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Scope of Work includes improvements to the Second Street parking lot within the City of Festus and provides for pavement replacement and preparation, asphalt overlay, sidewalks, lighting, pavement striping, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. If you are not on the Plan Holders List, you will not receive any addenda issued. Hard copies will not be available for purchase.
