ADDENDUM #3

The following changes, additions, deletions, or corrections shall become a part of the Contract

Documents for the project named above and all other conditions shall remain the same. The

bidders shall be responsible for transmitting this information to all affected subcontractors and

suppliers prior to the closing of bids. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in spaces provided

on the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge will subject Bidder to disqualification.

REVISIONS TO BIDDING REQUIREMENTS

Item No. AD3-B.1: Bid Opening Date

• Bid Opening date has been changed to December 10, 2025 on or before 2:00p.m, bids

must be sealed and delivered at the District Office, located at 904 N. Willow Avenue, La

Puente, California 91746, and Bidders must ensure that the District time stamps the

Bidder’s bid at that time. At or after this time, the District will open the bids and publicly

read them aloud. Any claim by a Bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance

with Public Contract Code § 5100, et seq. The District is not responsible for (1) bids

received after the deadline noted above; (2) bids misdelivered, by any method, even to a

different District address.
