The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority is seeking competitive Proposals from qualified professionals to provide comprehensive Landscape Maintenance Services at the Charleston International Airport and associated locations in and around North Charleston, SC. This will be a three (3) year agreement with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals as determined by the Authority.

Any questions and/or comments concerning this Request for Proposals should be directed in writing and delivered via email to Carrie Stanley, Procurement Department at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com no later than Friday February 13, 2026 at 5:00pm (local). Responses to questions will be issued in the form of an Addendum. All Addenda so issued shall become part of this RFP and must be acknowledged in the submittal. The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority will not be responsible for any oral instructions with regard to this notice. Said notice can only be changed by a formal written Addendum.

Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting Tuesday February 10, 2026, at 10:00am (local time). Proposers may choose to attend in person at the offices of the Charleston Regional Aviation Authority 5500 International Boulevard, Main Terminal – 3rd Floor, North Charleston, SC 29418-6911 or contacting Carrie Stanley at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com no later than 24hrs. before the start time for teleconference instructions.
