Bid Title:	Windermere Neighborhood Drainage Improvements Project

Description: Pre-bid Meeting: There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 2:00 PM on February 4, 2026, at the Department of Stormwater Management, 2 George St., Suite 2100, Charleston, SC 29401. Attendance is highly encouraged. Separate sealed bids for the construction of the referenced project will be received by the City of Charleston at their office, February 24, 2026 until 2:00 p.m., local time at the Department of Stormwater Management, 2 George Street, Suite 2100, Charleston, South Carolina, 29401. The Work will include: demolition of paved areas; tree removal and clearing and grubbing; muck excavation; extensive water and sanitary sewer utility relocation by a CWS pre-qualified contractor; installation of approximately 880 feet of concrete pipe, 1,980 feet of box culvert, and 38 drainage structures / valves; concrete and asphalt paving of streets, curbs, and sidewalks, including some pavement milling; erosion control; sodding; traffic control; certified as-built construction drawings; and more as shown in the Drawings.
