Scope:
The Town of Leesburg (the “Town”) is soliciting unsealed proposals from qualified firms to help continue improving the Town’s employee development program in two tracks: one (1) for approximately 400 full-time employees; and two (2) a leadership academy model for select employees. The Town wishes to partner with one or more training organizations to provide a suite of courses for each of these two tracks. Ideal offerors will be able to offer high quality instructor-led training (ILT) experiences at reasonable prices for some or all of the course categories identified in the Statement of Needs below.
